As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Brighton - North Road is situated in a country beach side community, with the city only 20 minutes away. We have a combination of young families and longtime residents.
The majority of our educators and teachers live locally, and therefore have a strong connection with the community.
Our pride in the centre is shown through the hard work and dedication of our long term educators who love to keep our child care centre looking its best at all times.
Community is also important to us and through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we are able to enrich the learning experience.

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current Queensland Working with Children Check
