**The Opportunity**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provides leadership and management to the EAI team to deliver APNT outcomes to the Defence customer.
- Application of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) and navigation warfare knowledge and technology to deliver APNT capabilities to Defence.
- Application of knowledge of navigation warfare test and trials requirements.
- Conduct of studies and production of technical reports.
- Conduct of working groups and other group forums.
**Essential**:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience
- Proven extensive knowledge of navigation warfare, GNSS and associated PNT.
- Proven extensive knowledge of counter PNT techniques and technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of Australian Defence operations
- Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplined team
- Demonstrated effective stakeholder management
- Undergraduate four-year degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Holds an Australian government NV2 security clearance as a minimum.
- Eligible to access ITAR controlled technology.
**Desirable**:
- Chartered Professional Engineering status or eligibility.
- Registered professional engineer in an Australian jurisdiction.
- Experience with delivering programs with an ASDEFCON framework.
