Motel Manager

We require an experienced motel manager or management couple for the management of a motel located in Katoomba, the Blue Mountains.

The successful individual or couple will need to work closely with the Executive team and be willing to implement and drive marketing strategies throughout the year.

Key skills required:

- Previous Motel management experience (preferred)
- Exceptional customer service, sales, and communication skills
- Good Computer literacy and ability to fulfill internet marketing
- Oversee Motel facilities, grounds, and property maintenance
- Ability to manage, supervise and form a great working relationship with the housekeeping staff
- Motivation to drive the business forward
- Ensure the Motel is compliant with work health and safety, licensing and fire safety regulations

Supplemental pay types: Base salary: between 60-65k
- Performance bonus

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
