**About Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill**

The Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill is located on the central city fringe, just minutes from the CBD, Brisbane River, Suncorp Stadium and public transport. Overlooking the city skyline and Roma St Parklands, the Hotel features 179 spacious guest rooms with generous open-aired balconies, modern amenities, an outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, and an alfresco-style restaurant and bar.

Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill is seeking an enthusiastic **Overnight Hotel All Rounder** to bring their skills to our vibrant hotel. You will be the go-to person across the Housekeeping and Kitchen departments, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and exceptional experience from the moment they walk in.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Maintain and clean public areas of the hotel
- Prepare, cook, and deliver ordered meals/snacks overnight
- Ensure guests are attended to promptly and efficiently in a professional manner and without delay
- Provide passionate and friendly service to external and internal guests
- Ensure security policy and procedures are maintained and adhered to

**Qualifications**
- Strong ability to provide exceptional service with professionalism and positive attitude
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Willingness to work across different departments, taking on varied tasks and responsibilities
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- High standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Hold a valid QLD RSA (Response Service of Alcohol) certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (11pm-5am) including weekends and public holidays
