Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Risk Infrastructure and Projects on a contract for 9 months with potential extension. **Position Overview** The EL1 Assistant Director Risk (Labour Hire) is an important team leadership position within the NDIA and will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail. It will provide the leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for the Team Membership and assigned Contractors working within the Work Area. The position will coordinate and assume responsibility to undertake detailed or sensitive projects that may include performing varied activities involving many different and unrelated processes or methods that may impact on the strategic or operational outcomes that support the NDIA's objectives to "build a world-leading National Disability Insurance Scheme". The EL1 Assistant Director Risk (Labour Hire) is responsible for actively managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships and may be required to represent and negotiate on behalf of the NDIA to advance the NDIA's interests across a range of forums. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: - Identifying and documenting current business processes to create baseline understanding - Facilitating the identification of business requirements, monitoring and collating data to develop business requirements for technical build. - Working knowledge of Archer platform. - Leading workshops and training sessions with key stakeholders. - Designing and configuring dashboards and reports for NDIA staff as required to enhance existing information and further investigations. - Providing risk reporting and insights to Agency Executives and the Board.
