**Mantra Ettalong Beach **is located in the beautiful beachside town of Ettalong and is a proud member of Accor hotels. The Central Coast of NSW combines ocean views with the relaxed atmosphere of a friendly seaside village. Offering a mixture of residential and short term letting the complex comprises of 236 apartments and studios with an active body corporate.
As our next **General Manager,** you will embody the art of human connection, creating meaningful and impactful relationships with your team, guests and external stakeholders.
You will have your finger on the pulse, guiding, coaching and mentoring your team to achieve excellence across all departments. You will be responsible for the upkeep & smooth running of the building and shared facilities working alongside the Body Corporate, liaising with owners, residents & guests and be responsible for the hotel performance within both financial and sales.
**You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following;**
- Directly manage all facets of this property including revenue management, recruiting & training, customer service and achievement of financial targets.
- Understand the needs of different stakeholders and communicating with them appropriately. Building good working relationships with people at all levels
- Leading and developing your team to ensure the hotel’s profitability and success. With key focus on driving room revenue and customer sentiment
- Working with the Area General Manager, Regional team and shared service to understand & execute business strategy.
- Effectively resolve difficult situations and implement solutions that improve the service levels and financial results of the business.
- Understanding of the key metrics that impact and grow your business, using this knowledge to drive top line revenue and motivating your team to do the same.
**What we are looking for**:
- Have previous hotel Leadership experience, preferably within Rooms Division or Operational Management.
- You are guest centric and a true all-rounder who enjoys getting amongst the action and leading by example.
- You create environments where your team are encouraged and motivated to be their true self each day.
- Experience and capability to drive financial growth through skilful & thoughtful strategy
- Past experience working with body corporates in an MLR setting is desirable
- Comprehension of the key metrics that impact and grow hospitality businesses, using this knowledge to drive top line revenue and motivating your team to do the same
- Hold current Real Estate licence (Class 1) (advantageous, not crucial)
- Drive connection within the local community as a representative of Accor
