Clinic Assistant Manager

Simetics Skin Clinics Capalaba Park is looking for a motivated and experienced senior beauty therapist to join our management team at our Capalaba Park Clinic on part time or casual basis.

**Primary Duties**
- As the assistant manger, you will be responsible for the successful operations of the clinic and driving services to produce revenue by understanding the levers and indicators that affect the salon’s business.
- Achieve clinic sales plan by attracting new customers while building a repeat customer base through effectively promoting salon services and selling additional products to every customer
- Educate and hold all team members accountable
- Identify strengths and areas for improvement within the team and hold junior therapist accountable to meet sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Be team builder and have eye for symmetry.
- Be able to perform beauty and dermal therapy services.
- Laser licence required.
- Minimum 2-5 years salon experience preferred
- At least 2+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $49,760.09 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
