**How you’ll be opening up the world for our customers**

As a Travel Consultant in our Round the World team, you will become an airfare guru You will help to plan, book and coordinate your customer’s next amazing travel experience, all built around multi-stop, complex travel itineraries. You will learn the ins and outs of all things airfares while delivering excellent service, and irresistible deals for every traveller. But it’s not just airfares - you’ll be the expert for your customer’s every need, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, insurance and more You will be working towards KPI’s and incentive targets, therefore building your customer relationships will be critical to your success in this role.

**What it takes to be a Round the World expert**
- You’re the go-to person in your circle for travel recommendations, tips and tricks, with prior experience as a travel consultant
- You seek out new ways to build on your success and think outside of the box for your customers to find the best travel solution for them
- You have proven success in achieving your KPIs and sales targets, with a TAC of $120k or above and a CSAT score of 84%+
- You understand the importance of organisation and managing your time effectively to achieve the best result and stay on top of your work
- You’re not only good at the people stuff, but at the behind the scenes stuff too. Like building itineraries, doing up invoices, operating our complex booking systems and jumping between different programs with a customer in front of you
- You’re comfortable with complexity
- You know your way around GDS and you’re confident to learn complex computer systems
