**To be successful in this role, applicants must display the following**:

- Understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, which includes: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Take a holistic approach to the education, development and care of children in our care with a focus on the physical, emotional and psychological well being of the child to inspire children's curiosity to create and explore their environment
- Be passionate, self-motivated and enthusiastic about Early Childhood Education.
- Be able to contribute positively to the team culture and work collaboratively
- Ability to build positive and respectful relationships with children and their families
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize an environment that is; safety first for children and fellow team members, aesthetically uplifting and culturally welcoming and positive

**Mandatory Requirements/Qualifications**
- Must hold approved diploma level or certificate III level qualification
- Current Employee Working with Children Check
- National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training certificates
- Covid Vaccination Certificate (or medical exemption)
- Accredited Child Protection Training
