**ABOUT CIVIL PROJECT PARTNERS**

We are a civil construction consultancy based in Spring Hill, established for over 7 years. We provide cost, programming and risk management solutions for our clients. We have been involved in some of the most high-profile civil infrastructure projects in Queensland and across Australia.

**YOUR SKILLS & BACKGROUND**
- 10 years experience in civil, roads and rail.
- Experience in TMR, preferably knowledge of TMR items/specifications.
- Time management.
- Computer skills.
- Working in teams.
- Previous experience in construction tendering.
- Previous experience working with a contractor.
- Knowledge of standard industry productivities and have the ability to calculate productivities from driving tasks.
- Qualifications in Civil Engineering or other equivalent recognised tertiary qualification in related field.
- Excellent communication (written and spoken English).
- Demonstrated experience in using the tools of the job.

**YOUR TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analyse technical information to develop work breakdown structures, activities, aligning with level of detail of the technical information.
- Investigate traffic staging requirements that comply and are supported by technical specifications (TMR’s MRTS02 for example).
- Direct or perform calculations of quantities to support program durations.
- Working with estimators to support outputs - for example, duration of each construction stage, discipline durations.
- Pro-active in improving processes and outputs.

**YOUR TOOLS**
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Oracle P6
- Microsoft Project, experience desirable.
- Expert Estimation, experience desirable.
