We are currently looking for a
**Risk Analyst** to join the Controlling and Risk team.
As a Risk Analyst, you will be supporting the Credit Risk Reporting & Modelling Manager in reporting, analysis and credit decisioning. This role will also assist in identifying, assessing and monitoring the various risks within the business activities of VWFS Australia.
What you'll do

**What you'll do**
- Production of monthly and quarterly reporting requirements across retail, wholesale and fleet portfolios. High quality outcome to be delivered with agreed deadlines is a must.
- Preparing provision reports as per IFRS9 standards, ensuring key factors such as PD, LGD, EAD and delinquency distribution are well-monitored on a monthly basis.
- Performing validations for the following models
- Application Scorecards
- Behaviour Scorecards
- PD Model
- LGD Model
- Ability to perform multiple ad-hoc requests from different stakeholders across the organization and provide solutions and recommendations.

**What you'll bring**
- Educated to degree level or hold a relevant appropriate professional qualification in Finance or Risk.
- In-depth understanding of mathematical and statistical tools with an ability to understand the relevance of appropriate data for use.
- Experience or understanding of Credit Management
- Ability to think strategically
- Excellent customer focus and problem solving
