- Base salary range: $91,833 - $97,052 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

Robust, flexible, integrated and agile enterprise architecture, information and technology services are vital to enabling the university strategic objectives.
**About the opportunity**
- Deliver IT Support to end-users in line with IT Service Level Agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement new systems in accordance with appropriate build guidelines and processes.
**About you**
- Relevant University degree, ITIL certification or significant experience in Service Delivery process is essential.
- Substantial relevant computing experience in a customer service role.
- Demonstrated experience with field/on-site support of complex IT systems and services.
- Demonstrated experience in ITIL request fulfilment, incident and problem resolution and management.
**Note**: A current National Police Clearance Certificate will be required by the successful applicant.
