Our storage and handling system currently receives and exports around 90 per cent of the Western Australian grain harvest and is regarded as one of the best in the world.

**About the role**
We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to drive our reconciliation journey and ensure that CBH embeds and succeeds on our Reconciliation Action Plan
**RAP**) commitments across the organisation. The successful person will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.
As the Chair of CBH’s Reconciliation Working Group, you will be responsible for leading our efforts towards reconciliation and will directly engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, including Elders and community groups. You will work closely with Reconciliation Working Group members and a diverse group of external stakeholders to proactively deliver our RAP and to ensure actions allocated to the business are delivered in a timely manner.
**Collaborating with stakeholders within CBH you will be responsible for**:
- Coordinating the development, delivery, and reporting of the RAP with the RAP Working Group.- Chairing the CBH’s Reconciliation Working Group and leading the development and implementation of strategies for engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and other stakeholders.- Identifying and develop an understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders and organisations within our sphere of influence / our organisation’s operational area.- Building and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through community engagement.- Engage with stakeholders to increase understanding and awareness of CBH’s RAP goals and objectives.- Monitor and evaluate RAP progress, identify gaps, and provide recommendations for improvement- Assist with NRW and NAIDOC cultural activities and provide leadership and advice to staff.- Report on RAP progress to the Board, Senior Management and other stakeholders.- A deep commitment to reconciliation and the promotion of positive relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing a RAP.- Experience developing and implementing strategies for engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities or other stakeholders.- A strong knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories, and contemporary issues in Western Australia- An ability to work collaboratively and engage with a diverse group of people and navigate complex relationships.- An ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate values of Collaboration, Respect, Reliability, Sustainability, Inclusion, Diversity and Equity.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and evaluate progress and provide recommendations for improvement.- Experience in managing projects and delivering outcomes within deadlines.
