About the Role

You are the heart and soul of our organisation, delivering our mission where you partner with members of our community to support their fullness of life. You have strong connections with our rostering teams and your supervisor, who are on hand to support you.

Key Duties

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing and who are committed to the needs of our clients, delivering high quality care, maintaining an optimal level of dignity, respect, comfort, and quality of life for clients.

About You

We are currently seeking Personal Care Workers with experience in Aged Care who are willing to join our friendly and professional team. Our facility is in Morwell.

You will be friendly, caring, and resilient. A true professional who genuinely wants the best for your clients.

Minimum of Certificate 3 in Aged Care, Bach/Dip of Nursing or completed first-year study towards it.

Current minimum Level 2 First Aid Certificate.

Willingness to obtain a Police Check through Baptcare.

Good verbal and written communication and basic computer skills (for rosters, eLearning, etc.).

Two doses of Covid-19 vaccine, and willingness to obtain annual booster.

Administration of medication training will be highly regarded.
