We are seeking a pro-active Accommodation Coordinator to lead an established team of support staff to deliver high quality supports to people with disability in a supported accommodation (SIL) setting. Some direct support work may also require in the role. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate strong leadership with the ability to lead, coach and mentor people to achieve agreed outcomes, proven business experience, marketing and development and a passion for service delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Extensive experience delivering high-quality individualised support to people with disability
- Relevant experience managing supported accommodation facilities (SIL), STA and MTA
- Understanding of the NDIS and Disability Industry
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Rostering experience preferred
- Proven high-level competencies in management of complex/high medical needs and complex behaviours
- Strong leadership qualities with commitment to a coaching and continuous improvement framework
- A passion for the work that you do, with the ability be both practical and creative
- Commitment to deliver supports with care, compassion, respect, and kindness
- Highly organised with the ability to systematically implement systems and procedures
- Well established skills in regard to problem solving and use of computer programs
- First Aid
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $63,588.36 - $80,735.42 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Braybrook, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- SIL OR SDA Accommodation: 1 year (required)
- Proda or NDIS Billing: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Police Check (preferred) (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
