We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Workshop Supervisor with Heavy Vehicle trade qualifications to lead our tight-knit Kenworth team. Specialising in Kenworth trucks, this role offers the perfect blend of customer engagement, technical diagnosis while being a mentor and leader of your team of your team in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

**Your Role**:

- Take charge of your team’s daily operations, ensuring every vehicle is repaired to the highest standard.
- Liaise directly with the Kenworth Product Support team at the factory.
- Schedule work efficiently to keep things running smoothly and on time.
- Mentor and motivate your team, fostering a culture of pride and precision.
- Communicate clearly with ongoing updates with our customers to deliver outstanding service.

**What You Bring**:

- Heavy Vehicle trade qualifications and solid hands-on experience.
- Proven leadership skills and a proactive mindset.
- Deep mechanical knowledge, especially with Kenworth trucks (Brand knowledge is desirable but not essential).
- A collaborative spirit and a commitment to excellence.
