We are looking for casual team members to work at our Highpoint Store.

**About the role**:
As a Sales Consultant, it’s your job to create a world-class retail experience by discovering customers’ needs, delivering solutions and build brand loyalty. You have a passion for retail and are invigorated by interactions with your customers. You support with store operations across inventory, visual merchandising, loss prevention and store presentation when required to ensure the memo retail experience is brought to life within the store environment.

**About You**:
To be successful at The Memo as a Sales Consultant you will be an ambassador for The Memo brand, embodying The Memo company values and maintaining a positive brand image. You will authentically demonstrate the ultimate standard of customer experience; using strong product knowledge to bring to life solutions for our customers. From there we are looking for people who have;
- Customer service experience
- High school certificate (required)
- Fluent verbal and written English (required)
- Computer literate - Word, Outlook, Excel (required)
- Genuine interest in connecting with customers

**Additional Requirements**:

- Able to work a flexible roster to meet changing roster demands e.g. late nights and weekends.
- Casual positions available
- You have a passion for customer service

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.06 - $52.61 per hour
