There's an exciting opportunity to join the company as a **Store Manager** in their **Macquarie store.**

We're looking for someone who will be passionate about offering an exceptional customer experience, and driving your team to success. Someone whose a hands on leader whose invested in their teams training and development. This person must also be comfortable working towards large volumes of stock at times and know when to prioritise and delegate.

**The Role**
- Work life balance: Tuesday - Saturday roster (All year round)
- Competitive salary - **up to $71,000 pkg + 50% Discount across all brands + Commission**:

- After 12months, you're entitled to an extra day off leave every quarter
- Commissions and pay cycle paid weekly

**About You**
- Store or Assistant Manager experience
- Engaging and passionate leader
- Focus on coaching and team development
- Rostering and Reporting exposure
- KPI and results driven
- Organisation and stock management skills is a must
