**Job description**
To provide support and organization of the clinical area in order to provide exceptional customer experiences and exceed clinical performance in every customer interaction in the appointment making, registration, pre-test and visual fields.
- Triage patients to ensure the store achieves agreed KPIs;
- Maintain a diary and clinic structure that maximises clinic revenue, ensures standards of patient care and team member wellbeing;
- Effectively book and alter customer appointments and audiology diary systems and ensure customer details are accurately registered and maintained;
- Ensure pre-testing and visual fields is of the highest quality;
- Manage the flow of patients through the clinic to deliver great customer experiences and optimise commercial and clinical outputs;
**Skills**
- Strong awareness of clinical services provided at Specsavers
- Passion for providing the highest customer service and aftercare
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Effective and confident communicator - written, verbal and face-to-face
- Able to build rapport & adopts good interpersonal skills when dealing with customers
- Able to work cohesively and productively within a team
**Salary**: From $23.86 per hour
