Join our team as an **Assistant Insurance Broker,** where you'll play a pivotal role in driving business success and delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating and preparing quotes for new business and renewals with precision and efficiency
- Delivering outstanding customer service with swift response times to clients, brokers, underwriters, and other key stakeholders
- Supporting comprehensive account and debtor management to ensure seamless operations.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes and cost efficiencies, collaborating with the Gallagher Service Centre for accurate preparation of information and procedures
- Collecting and analysing client information to assist brokers in addressing key issues effectively
- Ensuring complete accuracy in documentation and policies for both external and internal clients
- Staying updated on industry trends through participation in training sessions, seminars, and other educational opportunities
- Upholding the highest standards of ethical, professional, and integrity-driven business practices in all activities

**This is a great opportunity and to be considered**, we are seeking a min of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the Insurance or Financial Services industry plus:

- Tier 1 qualification desirable OR must be willing to complete upon commencement as fully supported by the business
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong commitment to client service excellence
