We are seeking enthusiastic team members who are willing to learn, available weekends and evenings. They must have a happy disposition, be customer-driven and able to work independently and as part of a team.

**About the positions**:

- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Exceptional Food and beverage service
- Maintaining restaurant cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection

**Essential Skills, Experience & Attributes**:

- Bar experience
- TAB/Gaming experience an advantage, but not necessary
- Some wine & cocktail knowledge
- Current holder of RSA & RSG & Covid Safe for Dining-in certificates
