We are seeking to employ a Cert 3 Early Childhood Educator for our Community-Based Early Education Centre, located in Randwick.

We have been part of the Randwick community since May, 1980 and are well-established child care centre with Licensing for 26 children aged 0 to 6 years.

If you would like to work as part of an experienced, supportive team this could be the job for you.

The salary is award-based which could be negotiable for the right person, basing on their experience.

As an educator you will be able to do as follows:

- Collaborate and be a good team player to deliver a high-quality education program for children 0-5 years
- Compliance with regulatory requirements and follow policies and procedures, including having a good understanding of child protection guidelines and child safe standards
- Have good communication skills that support building relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Advocate for the rights of children to support inclusive practices and their voice
- Ability to be a team member and assist our environment to be warm and encouraging for all children.

The ideal applicant will be a dedicated professional, who is enthusiastic, passionate and reliable, willing to learn and grow in a well-supported environment. You must have the following:

- Certificate 3 Qualification in Early Childhood Education REQUIRED
- Previous experience in working with children in a childcare setting in Australia with experience in observation, programming and planning to meet the individual needs of our children.
- The ability to have an understanding of health and safety issues and Children's Services Regulations.
- A NSW working with children check will be required.
- Current First Aid, CPR and Child Protection Qualification
- Working Rights in Australia that can work permanently/student/working holiday as long as your qualification is Australian qualified.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $21.47 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Working with Children Check (required)
