**Description**:
Right At Home Melbourne North ( South Morang) looking for a female support care worker (PCW) who is fluent in english and have experinece in dementia care.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Worker (PCW) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Supporting clients with mobility and transferring
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Performing light housekeeping duties
- Prompting and assisting with medication reminders
- Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' health or wellbeing

If you are a personal care worker and have minimum 1 year community care experience then we would like to talk to you Our services include ,aged and disability care, Transitional care, hospital in home and palliative care. We are currently seeking experienced personal care workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high quality service. Our Priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of certificate III in aged care, community care or disability services

Current first aid and CPR certificate

WWCC/ NDIS

Satisfactory Australian Police check or NDIS

Driver's licence IS A MUST

Comprehensive car insurance

Evidence of up to date Covid-19 vaccination

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience in care role highly regarded

Good Verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge of WH&S and infection control
