**About the role**:
As a Ca tering Assistant at RSL LifeCare, every day you're empowered to make a meaningful difference to people's lives. Within our supportive work environment your compassion is valued and your professional development is prioritised. You will have the opportunity to:

- Work closely with the catering team and the Head Chef to provide high quality catering services for residents and their visitor s
- Comply with Food Safety Standards
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional work environment ; dishwashing and cle aning the kitchen, equipment and dining areas
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset when interacting with residents, their families and visitors
- Serve residents meals and snacks ensuring that the correct meals are served to residents with special dietary needs
- Build strong and productive relationships with your team to deliver a positive dining experience
