Darra, Australia Better Storage Systems Pty Ltd Full time

Better Storage Systems supplies and install pallet racking and shelving nationally. We are currently seeking a warehouse person for our Darra warehouse and labourer to complete racking repairs at various sites.

Role would require:

- picking and packing of orders
- loading and unloading of trucks
- local deliveries and pick up’s with company ute. Please note this vehicle is only for company use and will stay in the warehouse when not in use. You will need a vehicle to get to and from work.
- unloading of containers
- local small repairs of pallet racking and shelving (Tools and Training provided). This will entail site visits to our client’s retail back of store and complete work like Bolting in Beams, installing Beam clips, Particleboard, beams or rack protection etc.
- experience working with tools (e.g. drills, drop saw)
- occasional heavy lifting

Applicant must have:

- forklift licence
- good attention to detail
- can take direction
- be able to work unsupervised
- previous warehouse experience
- work well in a team
- computer literacy an advantage
- scissor and/or HR license an advantage

Manual drivers’ license and forklift licence essential.

The company has an employee bonus scheme which is paid on meeting key performance indicators.

Hours are full time but flexible within Monday to Friday 6.30am to 3.00pm.

Warehouse closes every Christmas for 2 weeks
