**Role Rationale**:
We are looking for a Sales Co-Founder who can drive our go-to-market strategy, build lasting relationships with clients, and accelerate revenue growth. Your expertise in sales leadership will be pivotal in shaping our sales process, acquiring key customers, and scaling our business.

**Workload**:
Option A: _**Strategic Level**_ 12 hours a quarter (ave 1h per week)

Option B: _**Expert Level**_ 24 hours a quarter (ave 2h per week)

**Renumeration**:
Equity (based on 2 x % equity suggested by Y-Combinator Advisory Agreement, for either “Strategic” or “Expert” Level for a “Start-Up” stage company). Based on our last angel investment round, the equity value on offer is equal to > $300 per hour of work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Sales Leadership**_
- Develop and refine the go-to-market strategy
- Identify and prioritize target customer segments
- Shape the overall sales roadmap and set strategic sales goals
- **Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management**_
- Lead efforts to acquire key customers and partners
- Cultivate and manage relationships with high-value clients
- Represent the company in meetings with prospective clients & partners
- **Sales Process Optimization**_
- Provide input on refining and optimizing the sales process
- Establish sales metrics and KPIs to track performance
- Oversee the development of sales materials and presentations
- **Team Development & Mentorship**_
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding top sales talent
- Mentor and support the growth of the sales team
- Provide guidance on overcoming sales challenges and closing deals
- **Market Insights & Feedback**_
- Participate in customer insight sessions to gather market intelligence
- Provide feedback on product-market fit based on interactions with clients
- **Fundraising Support**_
- Participate in investor pitches to showcase the company's market traction
- Collaborate on the development of sales-related materials for fundraising

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $300.00 - $350.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bondi Junction, NSW 2022
