They pride themselves in bringing a large size range of products, stocking sizes from 6 to 22. This incredible women’s fashion brand is growing rapidly across Australia and currently looking for a dynamic, fun-loving Store Manager to join their brand Plenty Valley store
**You will bring**:
- A fun, bubbly and dynamic personality with a passion for providing a premium customer experience and individual styling
- Previous experience in visual merchandising will be essential
- Can do attitude with a positive mindset
- Experience in managing a team within a fashion environment is extremely desirable
**The role**:
- Growing a returning customer base and local marketing to build brand awareness
- Leading and developing a team of 5
- Empowering your customers through styling and a personal customer experience
- Stock management and all in-store visual merchandising
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets
