**Experienced Male Support Workers required to join our care team for our SIL client in Box Hill.**

**Multiple shift types are available and we prefer support workers who can be flexible to provide support in-home & support outings as required by the client.**

**Day, evening and inactive overnight shifts across a 7 day per week care roster are available. Living within 30mins from Box Hill is highly preferred.**

**ATZ Care is** **a leading private provider which is owner **operated and always support & care focused.**

Casual roles are now available and we are also happy to partner with independent contract carers who love being self-employed, but also love having regular secure work by partnering with a larger service provider.

**Requirements**:

- To be considered for this role, we require you to hold:- Certificate IV in Disability, Community Service, Aged Care (preferred) or other relevant qualification such as Mental Health-
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory or willing to complete)-
- National Police Check-
- Working with Children Check-
- First Aid certificate and CPR (preferred)-
- NDIS Workers Orientation module (mandatory or willing to complete)-
- Eligibility to work in Australia-
- Fully COVID Vaccinated (Triple vaccinated) with evidence.-
- Current full driver’s license- Competencies and Experience:**Previous experience in a similar role - Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.**Previous experience of supporting People with disabilities.**Previous experience supporting clients with Behaviours of Concern and Behaviour Support Plans**- Demonstrated proficient English written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.-
- Demonstrated ability to work with mínimal supervision, and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.-
- Ability to prioritise effectively and organise your own work /caseload.-
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.**Benefits**:
