**The Opportunity**
Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment? We have an exciting new opportunity for a **Bid Coordinator** to join our growing business in Helensvale. You will be an integral part of our Pre-Contracts Team, ensuring the smooth management of tenders and expressions of interest (EOIs). This role offers the chance to work closely with senior management while being at the heart of key project bidding processes. **Responsibilities**
- Manage the administrative function of tenders and EOIs in accordance with internal policies
- Download and prepare job files for new tenders, including addendums and notices
- Coordinate and schedule tender reviews with Senior Management and Estimators
- Collate non-price returnable information and liaise with internal departments for supporting data
- Facilitate meetings with internal teams to review tender submissions and follow up on action items
- Ensure accurate tracking and updating of tender registers and portals
- Maintain Estimating Drive and governance templates as per company policies
- Assist with procurement, collating tender packages, and comparing subcontractor quotes

**Essential Skills and Attributes**
- Strong background in administration
- Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and influence others
