**Duties of a Funeral Director include**:
- Planning, coordinating and implementing all aspects of the funeral service for a family and inform them with the various options available to honour their loved oneWork closely with the family from first contact to guide them through what is required and respond to their requests with service options and solutionsImplement the funeral plan on the day, direct the team and provide support and guidance for the family-

- You have a strong customer service ethos and pride yourself on service delivery, problem - solving and customer satisfactionProfessional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards peopleA collaborative team player (prepared to support, when required, other branches in your region)Strong administration and computer skillsBe at ease working with grieving families and the deceasedExcellent communication and high attention to detailPossess a full unrestricted driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.- We are enthusiastic about what we believe in and what we do.
