**About you**:

- You’re honest, empathetic and value a safe workplace
- A passion to want to lead and lead by example
- Excellent communicator and have a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience leading a small team, desirable but not essential
- Enjoy hands on physical work, you do require a level of fitness to do this role
- You have experience with power tools
- Basic computer literacy skills
- 2-3 years in manufacturing and assembly, timber experience a bonus
- Forklift license desirable
