Wetherill Park, Australia MIGAS Apprentices & Trainees Full time

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our client **Reiter Precision Tooling** based in **Wetherill Park,** **NSW**, specialises in producing high quality Plastic Injection Moulds, Blow Moulds and Die Casting Dies as well as Silicon Moulds. They have a well-equipped workshop with state of the art equipment and machinery which includes CNC Lathes and Mills and they are currently looking for an enthusiastic apprentice who would like to start their career in the injection moulding industry.

You will be involved in the manufacturing of mould parts including assembling and disassembling, learning the workings of the mould, and learning to read and interpret drawings, schematics and CAD drawings and models. Working alongside experienced tradespeople you will have the opportunity to build and assemble injection mould inserts and dies, troubleshoot moulding machinery issues as they arise and work with the various machinery on site including lathes, mills, grinders, and drills.

Undertaking this four-year apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to become a qualified Toolmaker and you will complete your **MEM31519 Certificate III in Engineering - Toolmaking Trade**.
