- Proven track record of growing managed services business through cross-functional collaboration, new offering/solution definition and integration with sales teams.
- Experience in Managed Service provider - managing teams delivering Managed Services to customers, IT Delivery experience working in a customer facing role with a high level of accountability.
- Hands on experience leading large-scale cloud based IT transformation projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- AWS Certifications
- Masters/MBA degree
- Experience and Certification in ITIL and/or Dev Ops
