**Jewellery Retail Sales Assistant**

**Position**: Casual and/or Part-Time

Selected Jewellery & Watches is seeking a friendly, motivated, and well-presented **Retail Sales Assistant** to join our small, dedicated team at **Westfield Miranda**.

As the first and final point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable and refined shopping experience. From assisting with sales to managing customer repairs and bespoke jobs, you are expected to handle each piece of jewellery with care and professionalism, ensuring every client feels confident and appreciated.

**Your Role**

In this role, you will:

- Provide personalised assistance and expert advice on our range of jewellery and watches.
- Respond to customer enquiries with warmth, knowledge, and efficiency.Process sales, repairs, and custom jobs accurately and attentively.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the store, supporting a cohesive and professional team environment.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has **previous retail or sales experience** (jewellery experience highly regarded).
- Is **reliable, diligent, and impeccably presented**.
- Possesses a **basic understanding of jewellery** and/or **watches.**:

- Has **competency in Microsoft Word and Excel**.
- Is **available to work Thursday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays** on a regular basis.
- **Persuasive** and **polite**when communicating with customers
