At **PetsOnMe Insurance**, we protect what matters most: your furry family members. Starting as a national pet care marketplace in 2007, we’ve grown into a fast-moving pet insurance company, and we’re building our **next generation of sales and customer service talent**.

What You'll Do:

- Talk to pet owners across Australia (inbound and outbound)
- Help customers understand their options and select the right coverage
- Follow up on leads, build rapport, and guide people through the buying process
- Hit achievable monthly goals—and be rewarded for it

You’ll Be a Fit If You:

- Are friendly, articulate, and enjoy helping people
- Have 1+ year of customer service or sales experience (retail, hospitality, or call centre = great)
- Can commit to ~30 hours/week and hit monthly targets
- Love pets (this one matters)
- Speak and write English clearly and professionally
