We are looking for a teacher to step into a specialist teaching/tutoring role with students with dyslexia and other learning differences.

The teacher will already be trained to deliver evidence based practice using the Multisensory Structured Language (MSL) / Orton Gillingham approach or other high quality evidence based teaching that aligns with the science of reading.

The teacher will be required to work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2 pm to 6/7 pm.

Local applicant preferred in the Bentleigh, Victoria area and surrounds.
- _Private tutoring using evidence-based practice_
- _Session preparation and goal setting_
- _45 minute face-to-face time with 15 minute buffer for admin & prep._
- _Session follow-up and reporting_
- _Liaising with relevant professionals_
- _Utilising training materials and assessments_
- _Assessing students as needed and documenting results (included in training)_
- _Maintaining teaching records and anecdotal notes in regard to student learning_
- _Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures_
- _Other tasks as directed_

Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
