A trusted brand servicing individuals, families and community, is seeking a like minded individual to join their team as an HR Consultant. You will be aligned to their goals of providing compassion, respect and empathy and assist with their continuous development of staff, resources and systems to support in their growth.

**Reporting into the Human Resources Manager you will**:

- First point of contact for all internal employee enquiries
- Assisting in WHS management, training and works compensation claims
- End to end recruitment for all internal roles - job advertising through to onboarding
- Drafting of HR documentation, policies and procures
- Coordinating employee agreements, job descriptions and reviews

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or relevant
- 3 years experience in an HR Support, Generalist or Consultant position
- Ability to manage the end to end recruitment at all levels within an organisation
- High level of communication both written and verbal
