**Experienced Dental Receptionist**

We are looking for an experienced **DENTAL** receptionist with good phone and communication skills. **Your duties include but no limited to**:
Being the first point of contact for patients, handing patients accounts and records

Confirming dental appointments

Processing payments and reconciling daily banking

Liaising with dental labs and handling all referrals

General administration tasks and record keeping

Recalls

**About You**:
At least 2 years of experience as dental receptionist in a private dental clinic

Experience with dental software (D4W) preferred.

Prior experience as a dental assistant and/or steri nurse is an advantage.

Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills

Understand treatment plans, procedures and fees is preferred.

Excellent time management & organisational skills, ability to multitask.

Being computer literate

Flexibility - able to work multiple set days, and cover shifts if necessary.

Good infection control

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
