Servicing the building and construction industries, we have experienced significant demand for our products and services and are now looking to expand our team. We are recruiting at our Taren Point branch and are proud to offer on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching.

**What we are looking for**:
Be part of our friendly, hardworking yard team at our Taren Point site, offering great customer service with a smile. Learn about landscaping and construction products, logistics and use your forklift skills. We’re a growing company, offering good rates and opportunities to progress, and this is a great time to join us We operate Monday through Saturday.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work safely and responsibly as part of a logistics team
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collect and load products using a forklift, loader, or safe manual techniques
- Handle heavy loads (20 kg bags)
- Multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment
- Meet output targets and understand production schedules
- Troubleshoot problems and show initiative
- Keep our yard clean and safe
- Be punctual, well presented and show a proactive can-do attitude

**Skills and Experience**:

- Forklift licence essential
- Good understanding of WH&S
- Excellent mechanical aptitude
- A motivated self-starter
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and a good communicator
- Strong attention to detail
- Be physically fit

We offer full training, plus a great remuneration package which includes loading and 10% superannuation.
