**Your New Role**:

- Create and manage production schedules according to projects demand and available materials
- Coordinate with our warehouse and office team to deliver projects on time.
- Provide verbal and written instructions to warehouse/assembly staff.
- Monitor deliveries from local and overseas suppliers to ensure orders are dispatched according to schedule.
- Place local suppliers purchase orders and schedule production based on lead time.
- Implement manufacturing, assembly, packing and general warehouse processes.
- Improve productivity of the warehouse with new ideas and solutions.
- Maintain and update documentation based on components and product updates (BoM, assemblies, powder coating and custom fabrication)
- Liaise with our project and sales team to ensure correct product information are passed over prior for manufacturing.
- Create a working environment that motivates the team members to take actions, ownership, and accountability of their work.
- Comply with health and safety practices in the workplace.

**The successful applicant will possess the following**:

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Technically savvy with preferred background in electrical or electronic manufacturing
- Process driven approach with competent and meticulous documentation focus
- Always ensuring products are manufactured and delivered to the highest standard
- Ability to build a professional relationship with both existing and new suppliers
- Coordinate all logístical aspects of supply and delivery
- Ability to manage our production system with additional software integration when necessary
- Experienced with electric/pneumatic workshop tools.
- Ability to interpret plans and technical drawings as required
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Decision making and delegation skills
- Ability to multi task and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Being accountable for their decision and making subordinates accountable for their work
- Experience in project co-ordination within the specification market is preferred
- Understanding of project timing in the construction industry is preferred
- Must be living in Australia (the position is in Richmond, Melbourne VIC)
