**About the Role**

We are offering an experienced HR Business Partner the opportunity to join our team on a full-time basis for a 12-month parental leave contract role. Based at our Eastwood office, the HR Business Partner will assist the Human Resources Manager to provide a wide range of HR services to the organisation. Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Management of end-to-end recruitment and selection process of all roles including - advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checking and offering positions.
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders to design and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive the Sarah HR People Strategy.
- Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant resolutions.
- Oversee workforce planning and succession strategies to build a strong, future-ready workforce.
- Guide and support organisational change initiatives, leveraging HR expertise to ensure seamless transitions with mínimal disruption.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, and retention, fostering a high-performing workplace.
- Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with evolving legislation, proactively advising on regulatory changes and business impact.
- Empower managers and leaders through coaching and mentorship, strengthening HR capabilities and cultivating a culture of excellence.

**About You**

The successful incumbent will possess:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst managing multiple priorities
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy and discretion
- A formal HR qualification, relevant degree and appropriate professional development
- Significant previous experience in a senior HR generalist role
- Understanding of HR and Australian Employment legislation
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of programs
- Proactive problem-solving skills
