**Who is Sneakers Maker?**

A skillful Golden Goose Craftsman will let the customer witness how our sneakers are treated and distressed by hand through special brushes, treatments, and artisanal craftsmanship: shaping every product into something unique, different from the others, following the client’s preferences.

**What will you do?**
- Perform live hand-craft shoe decorating process in Golden Goose stores.
- Decorate shoes/bags/RTW with available hand tools and machines.
- Engage customers with short conversations about the brand and products.

**What is your main KPIs**
- Store Sales Achievement
- Co-Creation Target
- Customer Service
- Other KPI assigned by line manager

**You need to be**
- Have design skills and decent artistic characteristic
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage customers
- Being able to work under pressure
