**Experienced Support Workers for Spotswood**
We are seeking two Support Workers who can assist our Dementia client in Spotswood with Community Access which will include accompanying to gym to participate in his exercise program.
Shift Timings currently 3 days a week (Wednesday, Sunday and Friday)

- 2 years Industry working experience (after qualification) preferred
- Ability to provide 1:1 ratio care
- Ability to follow and understand participants Care Plans.
- Excellent communication skills
**Registration Requirements**:
- The right to work in Australia
- Working with Children Check ( WWCC)
- National Police Check ( Valid for 3 years)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check( Valid for 5 years)
- On-line NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety & You’ and NDIS New Worker Induction Module ( Or is willing to obtain)
- 3xCovid and Annual Influenza vaccines
- Two professional direct working references
- Current Practical First Aid Training Certificate ( Valid for 3 years)
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: From $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
**Experience**:
- Disability Support Worker: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- 3 doses of Covid-19 & annual Influenza vaccinations? (required)
- Do you have your NDIS Worker Screening Clearance? (required)
