**The Opportunity**
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and implement employment focused projects to improve Customer employment opportunities
- Assess and implement training, coaching and mentoring for all team members
- Achieve and exceed role specific KPIs for the registration of Customers and placement / outcome / retention
- Conduct personnel performance reviews
- Regular reporting on KPIs as required by the organisation
- Ensure operations are conducted ethically, fairly and within the statutory legal and contractual requirements
- Regularly engage in quality audits to meet contractual and organisational requirements
- Maintain compliance with contractual requirements for the services delivered to customers including quality and timeliness
- Influence and develop business culture through innovation, strategy and effective recruitment
**The successful applicant will possess the following experience, skills and attributes**:
- An in-depth knowledge of the labour market and relevant contractual requirements for Disability Employment Services
- Experience in delivering high levels of Customer service in a complex stakeholder environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Extensive supervisory experience in a target driven environment
- High level of computing and budget management skills
- Knowledge of Disability Employment Services and/or experience in rehabilitation management (desirable)
- Energetic and driven
- Engaging, empathic and personable
- Willingness to travel across the region. Occasional interstate travel will be required.
