As with all roles in childcare, this is a hands-on role, where every co-worker takes responsibility and shares required tasks - our educators' contribution is truly valued within our business and by our families. **Your experience, attributes and qualifications will include**: - You value “leading by example" and keep it simple, down-to-earth, and real - Helping others is part of who you are - you have integrity, and this is demonstrated in your actions and communication with co-workers and families - Working in childcare can be mentally and physically demanding - you have an ability to calmly and confidently deal with multiple priorities, and if you are ever uncertain, you ask for guidance by your Room Leader/Centre Manager.
