**About the role**:
At Genesis Berwick we are excited to announce that we are looking for a head coach to lead our fast growing coaching zone. As the head coach you will get the chance lead and develop our team of coaches and deliver great coaching sessions to our members.

If you’re passionate about helping members, developing great coaches and want to make a name for yourself in a fast growing company then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
- You will be employed full time to run coaching sessions, develop your team, on board members and learn how a business works from the ground up
- You need the razzle dazzle that will engage members to love being in your sessions.
- We will support you in development and training, that along with our existing systems will enable you to be a Coaching Zone superstar and to open your own site in the future
- We want your personality and flair to take this program and your career to the next level.

- Certificate IV in Fitness
- Current First Aid and CPR
