**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to take the lead on a new high-end build in Mittagong. This 12+ month project involves constructing a large luxury home on a vacant block with meticulous detailing throughout. Additional Southern Highlands projects will follow upon completion.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee and coordinate all sub-contractors
- Manage structural set-out and site operations
- Work closely with architects and interior designers to execute intricate finishes
- Lead weekly/fortnightly site meetings to track progress and update schedules
- Reporting to the director of this company regularly on the progress of the build

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 10+ years in construction (5+ years as a Site Foreman)
- Extensive knowledge of high-end residential builds
- A valid White Card & driver’s licence
- A Contractor’s Licence is a plus but not essential
- Full-time position (Monday-Friday) with occasional Saturday half-days if required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mittagong NSW 2575: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- building site management: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card, Cert III Carpentry (required)
