**About the Role**:
At Upspec Steel Buildings, you’ll work on a diverse range of projects, from residential carports and patios to commercial and rural sheds across Sydney. We’re looking for someone adaptable, with excellent communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn and grow. While experience in steel building erection is preferred, it’s not essential. We’re open to trade-qualified carpenters and other skilled tradespeople who bring a good work ethic and motivation to the table.

**What You’ll Need**:

- At least 1 year of experience in steel building erection (preferred but not essential).
- A full driver’s license and White Card.
- A strong work ethic and the motivation to lead by example.

Supplementary Pay:
