Key Responsibilities: As our Bookkeeper, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial statements.
- Processing payroll, including superannuation and PAYG obligations, in compliance with Australian regulations (e.g., Single Touch Payroll).
- Maintaining accurate general ledgers and financial records.
- Generating financial reports as required by management.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial legislation and company policies.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a Bookkeeper role.
- Proficiency with accounting software, particularly Xero is highly regarded.
- Solid understanding of Australian accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV in Bookkeeping, Diploma of Accounting) are highly desirable.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
