**Description**

Join our established and growing business as a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Forklift Operator at our Brisbane depot. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for moving our freight with a strong focus on **high reach forklift work**, **freight picking and packing**, and the **accurate loading and unloading of trailers**. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual with proven experience.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Crossdocking/Container decanting (Hand & Fork)- Pick pack orders to customer requirements- Forklift Operations (high reach & counterbalance)- Unloading/loading of trucks- Ensure all stock arriving and leaving the warehouse is accurate- Stock takes and cycle counts- General warehouse cleaning and Maintenance- Reporting damaged Goods and spillages- Safety Audit checks

**Qualifications**
- **What You Need**:
- Valid LF & LO License- Previous experience in a 3PL or warehouse environment- 6 months Minimum High Reach forklift experience- Strong communication skills- Attention to detail- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
